How to Buy
1. Get In Touch
Contact us with your interested product or idea.
( You can send us message through "contact" page, or call us straight away. )
2. Confirm production details
Product DetailsProduct name, part number, description, quantity, price and timeline.
Lead TimeFrom 7-25 days upon the receipt of deposit, depending on stock available.
Payment TermsT/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), Paypal and Bank transfer to Bank of China are all available.
Trade TermsFOB & EX WORK price ( domestic transit fee may apply if load container not in our warehouse )
Banking InformationInclude the banking details required to make the international payment
Shipping MethodsSea, air, or UPS/FedEx/DHL. optional for shipping. Sea freight is the cheapest, but takes longest (14 days from Shanghai to Los Angeles). Air freight and UPS/FedEx/DHL only take 2-6 days, but are more expensive. (This is suitable for high-value goods and sample orders)
Confirm Proforma InvoiceWe will make a PI (Proforma invoice) for you according to your order. The PI is a legal contract in international business. It includes product details, lead time, shipping methods, trade terms, payment terms and banking information.
3. MAKE PAYMENT
Once order was confirmed, 30% deposit must be paid before production, and the remaining balance before delivery.
4. DELIVERY
When order was almost ready, find a shipping agent to arrange delivery, or we can do that for you. We will sort out delivery issue if send air parcels carried by UPS/FedEx/DHL etc.

5. CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
Once the cargo has landed in your country, you can ask shipping forwarder present the documents including the B/L (Bill of Lading), Commercial Invoice, and Packing List to clear customs, and pay the import tariff and other charges. Once the cargo clears customs, the shipping forwarder will arrange delivery to your warehouse.
-Normally we will Telex Release the B/L, so you only need to present copies of the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Telex Released B/L to clear customs.-For orders sent via UPS/FedEx/DHL, they will clear customs for you, so you don’t need to present any documents.
